my first improvised sewing project! saw it in a kids' catalog and made it from towels (found these perfect ones at marshalls - they even have scales!) and fabric scraps. a little big, but i know this wee dinosaur will grow :)started training for the danskin triathlon again - i had told myself that i would do it again this year as long as i wasn't pregnant, and, well, here i am with no news! so today i swam an easy 600 yards. been going to a spin class. i improvised a training program from trinewbies.com. i'm a touch above beginner in the swimming part, but still a bad runner. i'm going to be lucky if i get to the gym more than 2 days a week ... i'm not sure i can take all that time away from knitting!
finished the project linus blanket - on to the next! i'll post pictures in ravelry. it's nice to be able to use yarn/fleece in my stash that i was going to donate anyway.
